Interesting! I never heard of this before. I am still a skeptic though – lol I cant wait to see part 2 and 3 to see how it goes.
I am also hoping he will tell us how long it will keep the cigar fresh – days, weeks, 24 hours, etc.

Attendees of the IPCPR were asked to come back the next day after we extinguished their cigars with Repuff, we had 100% positive feedback from the people that returned to relight their day old cigars. Some attendees were unable to pick up their cigars. After the show we contacted all the owners of the cigars and sent back the cigars, some of which were received up to a month later… and they were amazed, again with 100% postive feedback, after 1 month!

I met Mr. Maralason at the Habana Cigar Shop, he told me of his invention and since the product is cheap (I bought if for something like 3 or 4 dollars I think) I bought me a small sample. I put it next to my humidor and left it for a few weeks unused since I had the luck of finishing all my cigars everytime. I then bought me a Fuente Opus at the Stirling club almost 4 weeks ago. While at what we call “THE TOMB” gathering with some executives from MGM we decided to go have supper to the restaurant so I thought that would be a perfect time to try the effectiveness of the product (since I wasn’t about to dispose of an $85.00 cigar!) So I “repuffed it” and saved it for later use. (we all did) I actually forgot it in my humidor until last Friday (It had been stored almost 4 weeks) when I run out of fresh cigars. So I took that “used” cigar and relight it finding myself amazed of how the cigar had kept its fresh flavor and smooth aroma!!! I called the guys and they all agree that it works too. So I do not know what Mr Maralason did but it sure works! So for now on, its nothing but Fuente Opus for me now that I can save them for later!!
I had a fellow show me the product while outside Wal-Mart here in Vegas. I was outside in the cold finishing up my cigar (since I refused to through away half of it)and waiting for the wife to finish doing some late night shopping for what felt like hours when this tall Mexican fellow in a sharp pin stripe suit that I had seen go in about 30 minutes prior, comes out and walks pass me. He walked, then turned around, looked at me and went to his car. He then came back holding a small Plastic bag with a sample repuff and some foil. He told me that I should not be outside with nothing but a light jacket with weather this cold. And although he did not say it, he probably wanted to say “and also when you are 75 years old.” Anyways I “repufed” my Cohiba and went inside to finish shopping. This was maybe a week ago, today I saw this video and said to my wife I HAVE SOME OF THAT IN MY NAVY BLUE JACKET!! I stepped out to my patio and lit up the cigar once more, and I can say that 5 days later the cigar had the same smooth taste than when I put it off. I will definitely buy some more of what I call “the green liquid of the cigar gods” once I find it, since I have gone to a few places and they do not carry it. Any suggestions ? Also, if you see that dark fellow riding in to the sunset, please tell him for me, thank you amigo!

I’ve found that when I send a sample to a cigar store, who has a customer asking for it, that store is very likely to become a retailer. Hence, YOU get a local Repuff store!!
